No software to download or maintain. TimeClock‘s readers have unparalleled performance, ease-of-use, precision, and the fastest matching speed. The standalone reader does not require being plugged into a computer since they come with Ethernet or Wi-Fi connections.
Safeguard your employees from sharing their passwords by using their fingerprint or face as their password. In this case the employees will have to be physically present to clock in or out. The readers will automatically transfer the clock in and/or clock out time stamp directly into the admin account. All reports and time card information is available in real-time, online, from your admin login.
There is a 1 year warranty on new readers and a 90 day warranty on refurbished readers, from the date of purchase, against manufacturer’s defects. During the warranty period, TimeClock will either repair or replace the malfunctioning reader. This warranty will only be upheld upon the proper use of the TimeClock hardware and will not apply if the product(s) has been damaged or impaired in any way, including but not limited to lightening, surge, water, or malicious damage. If you are in need of a repair for your reader please submit a ticket to technical support through your client portal.
If within 30 days you decide you are not satisfied with your reader, you can return it back to us for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. The equipment must be returned in “like new” condition with all parts and original packaging included. Any abuse or misuse of the terminal will void any refunds. We do offer a buy back option after 30 days if the reader is in “like new” condition. Contact customer service for more details.
